CAMP ALWAYS 2012!

Our eleventh season of Camp ALWAYS will be held on July 9-13, 2012 at Grizzly Creek Ranch in Portola, California. To be eligible to attend our award-winning adoptive family camp, you must have at least one child (age 0-21) in an adoptive placement or finalized adoption, placed through AASK or through any county in California.

Informational Workshops for Interested Families


We'd love to have you come learn about our no-cost adoption services for foster kids. Prospective parents interested in foster care or adoption begin by attending a free informational workshop. An AASK social worker will present an overview of the child welfare system and the foster care and adoption processes. Parents can ask questions in a comfortable atmosphere and schedule an initial interview with a social worker. Introductory workshops are usually  held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 7:00 pm -9:00pm. Our upcoming workshops will take place on the following dates:

  • February 7,2012 (1st Tuesday of the month)
  • March 13, 2012
  • April 10, 2012
  • May 8, 2012
